Whatever works, right? 

At the NASCAR Xfinity Series in Portland this weekend a crew member for RCR's Jesse Love jumped on the hood during a pit stop and performed some percussive maintenance by bashing it with his fits and stomach after Love got into a crash. 

The reactions online were mostly shock as people claimed to have never seen such a move performed during a race. Needless to say, this is the type of guy you want in your corner. 

Give this man a raise!
